Terms of Use

1. Agreement and Definitions

1.1. This legal agreement between the User and Ergashev Zarifjon ("Developer", "Provider", "we", "us", or "our") governs the use of all mobile applications published by Ergashev Zarifjon. By using the application, you accept these terms.

1.2. Terms and definitions:

• Effective Date — the date this Agreement becomes effective
• User Content — photos, videos, documents, or other data created or uploaded by the User
• Mobile Application — software for mobile devices published by Ergashev Zarifjon
• Device — mobile phone, tablet, or similar device
• Trial Period — duration of free access to premium features
• Services — application features and functionality offered
• Subscription — full access to premium features with automatic renewal
• Subscription Fees — charges associated with subscription plans

2. Services

The Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for personal use. Services include content creation, processing, and in-app purchases. Free services operate during the free term, and the Provider may impose restrictions or alter functionality at any time.

3. Authorization

Users may register via the app store, provide necessary information, and acknowledge data processing per the Privacy Policy. Users are responsible for account security.

4. Content

Users retain rights to User Content and grant the Provider a license to use, store, and process such content solely for application functionality. Users are responsible for content legality. The Provider is not liable for content loss.

5. User-Submitted Content (Library)

Some of our applications include a Library to which users may submit tests they have created, so that other users can study from them. Submitting is optional and free. Where an application offers this feature, this section applies in addition to Section 4.

What you confirm. When you submit a test, you confirm that you created it yourself, or that you have permission from whoever did, and that publishing it does not break anyone else's rights. Do not submit material copied from textbooks, past examination papers, or other people's work unless you hold the rights to it.

The permission you give us. By submitting a test you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store it, show it inside the application, and let other users download it. You keep ownership of your test. This permission lasts while the test is published and ends when it is removed, except that copies other users have already downloaded stay on their devices — those are files on their phones and we cannot reach them.

Your name. Adding your name is optional. If you leave it empty, your test is shown without a name. If you add one, it is shown publicly next to the test. Do not enter anybody else's name, and do not enter contact details.

Review. Every submission is read by a person before anyone else can see it. We may accept it, reject it, or make small corrections before accepting it. If we correct a test, it stays credited to you and is also marked as edited by us. If we reject it, you are told why.

Removal. We may remove any submitted test at any time — for example if it turns out to be wrong, inappropriate, copied, or the subject of a complaint. We do not have to give notice before removing something.

Reporting content. Every test submitted by a user has a report action next to it in the application. If you see something inappropriate, incorrect, spam, or that infringes your rights, please use it. Reports reach us directly.

Copyright complaints. If you believe a test in the Library infringes your copyright, write to zarifergashev4@gmail.com with: what the material is, where in the application you found it, why you hold the rights, and how we can reach you. We will look at it and remove the content if the complaint is justified.

Behaviour. Do not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, sexual, violent, deliberately misleading, or advertising. Do not submit the same test repeatedly. We may stop accepting submissions from anyone who ignores this.

6. User Restrictions

Users must operate within legal and contractual limits. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Use the application for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application or its systems
• Create derivative works based on the application

7. Provider's and User's Obligations

The Provider ensures reasonable service performance. Users pay subscription fees as applicable and maintain account security while complying with applicable laws.

8. Term and Termination

Terms commence on the Effective Date. Either party may terminate; upon termination, service access ceases. The Provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms.

9. Fees and Payment Terms

Services requiring payment follow selected tariff plans. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. Refund requests should be directed to the respective app store. In-app purchases and content are subject to Provider management.

10. Liability

The application is provided "as is" and "as available," with the Provider disclaiming all warranties, express or implied. The Provider is not responsible for User Content or service availability. Users indemnify the Provider against all claims arising from their use. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our applications — including design, code, graphics, and logos — are owned by Ergashev Zarifjon and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.

12. Final Provisions

The relationship between the User and the Provider constitutes independent contractors. Information processing follows the Privacy Policy. The Provider reserves the right to interrupt services for maintenance. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
