How do I cancel a trial or subscription?

Open your device Settings → tap your name (Apple ID) or open Google Play → Subscriptions → select the app → Cancel Subscription. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I change my payment plan?

Go to your device Settings → tap your name (Apple ID) or open Google Play → Subscriptions → select the app → choose a different plan. The new plan will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

How do I check my subscription status?

The invoice is sent by the App Store or Google Play to the email connected to your account. For further support, please contact the respective store directly.

Where can I find my invoice?

Invoices are sent by the App Store or Google Play to your registered email address. We sell exclusively through official app stores and do not process payments directly.

How do I request a refund?

For Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the purchase. For Google Play: open the Google Play app → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history → select the purchase → Request a refund.
